Releasing the thermostat or transmission oil cooler line from the front subframe

Different variants may be installed depending on the vehicle equipment.

Version A: Releasing the thermostat or transmission oil cooler line from the front subframe

Remove the thermostat (1) for the transmission oil cooling from the holder (2) on the front axle support.

Version B: Releasing the thermostat or transmission oil cooler line from the front subframe

Loosen screw (1) .
Release the transmission oil cooler line holder (2) from the front subframe.
