Removing the rear shock absorber
WARNING:

Preliminary work
- Refer to REMOVING REAR LEFT OR RIGHT WHEEL .
- Refer to REMOVING THE COVER OF THE CAMBER CONTROL ARM .
- Position universal jack 2 219 012 with the special tools 2 411 683 and 2 305 379 on the wheel carrier (1).
- Unclip the cable from the holder (1).
- Loosen nut (2).
- Lift the wheel carrier slightly using the universal jack and pull out the screw. Do not press against the spring force of the coil spring!
- Unlock plug connection (1) and disconnect.
- Detach the lines (2) from the bracket.
- Loosen screws (1).
- Compress the shock absorber (1) and pull it upwards out of the wheel well.
