• Pre-clean bonding surfaces on vehicle and on new part with cleaning agent R2.

• Apply adhesive K5 to the bonding surfaces.

  NOTE: TECHNICAL INFORMATION 
  When installing the new part, make sure that all bonding surfaces have sufficient adhesive.
• Install the new part and rivet it in the areas (1) and (2) with blind rivets N3.

• Rivet the new part in the area (1) with blind rivet N3.

• In area (1), rivet the new part with blind rivet N3.
• In the area (2), use 3 x punch rivet N4.

Installing the EMC screw 

• Drill a hole with a diameter of 4.2 mm.

  In the case of glued connections, only drill the hole after the adhesive has fully hardened.

• Screw in the EMC screw.

• Seal the EMC screw with the sealant.

• After the adhesive has hardened in areas (1), install two EMC screws.
