Installing the front module bracket

Check 

• Check the seal (1) on the module bracket for damage.

Result 

» Seal (1) is damaged.

Measure 

• Replace the module bracket.
• Clip power window (1) into detents (2) of the module bracket.
• Install the module bracket.

• Clip in the wiring harness (1) on the module bracket.

• Position the module bracket (2) on the door. Guide Bowden cable (3) for the door opener into module bracket (2).
• Lock the bayonet closures (1) by rotating them.

• Tighten the screws (1).
  TIGHTENING TORQUE SPECIFICATION
  
  

  Module bracket to front door
  Torx socket M5x12	Tightening torque	8 Nm

• Tighten nuts (1).
  TIGHTENING TORQUE SPECIFICATION
  
  

  Power window on module bracket
  Hexagon nut	Tightening torque	9.5 Nm

• Install the rubber grommet (3) of the Bowden cable for the door opener.
• Clip in the wiring harness (2) on the module bracket.
• Connect and lock both connectors (1).
