Installing the 48V battery

• Insert the 48V battery (1) with the battery tray.

• Tighten down screw (1).

• Install the cover (2).

  The detents (1) must engage audibly.

• Tighten the screws.

• Install cover caps (1) by turning.

• Check the seals of the coolant flange for damage, replace if necessary.
• Position the coolant connection.
• Tighten down screw (3).

• Remove disconnection tool (2) from the coolant lines (1).

• Position battery positive cable (2) on the 48V battery (3).
• Tighten nut on positive battery cable (2).

• Mount positive terminal cover (1)
