Remove Soft-close motor

Preliminary work 

• Refer to REMOVING REAR WINDOW STORAGE SHELF AT FRONT .
• Refer to REMOVING LUGGAGE COMPARTMENT FLOOR COVERING .
• Refer to REMOVING THE LOADING EDGE TRIM .
• Refer to REMOVING THE LUGGAGE COMPARTMENT COVER .
• Refer to REMOVING THE LED IN THE LUGGAGE COMPARTMENT .
• Refer to LUGGAGE COMPARTMENT WHEEL ARCH TRIM PANEL .

• Unclip the Bowden cable (1) from the tailgate lock (2) and guide it out.

• Disconnect plug connection (1).
• Unclip the Bowden cable (2) from the brackets at the tail panel.

• Lever out and remove the soft-close motor (1) from the brackets (2) in the arrow direction.
