The processing time of the liquid sealing compound can be at a maximum of 10 min.
Commissioning of the assembly is not possible until 25 minutes after the processing time.
Non-observance can lead to leaks in the assembly. - Apply sealing bead (1)
with the sealing compound in the marked
area along the inner edge.
Sealing compound Loctite 5970 liquid sealing compound Processing time <10 minutes at room temperature 50 ml, Cartridge 83190404517 - Position the lid on the housing.
- Turn screws (1) until hand-tight.
- Tighten the screws (1)

Installing the right mounting bracket
- Install the mounting bracket (4) .
- Tighten the screws (3)

Installing the top sound insulation
- Install the sound insulation (5) .
- Secure the clamps (arrows).
- Position the high-voltage cable (4) as shown.
- Tighten the screws (3)

High-voltage wiring harness to electric drive unit M6 Tightening torque 8 Nm - Install strut (2) .
- Tighten the screws (1)
