Prepare the front door trim panel 

• Tighten the welding pins (1) with the depicted clamp (2).

• Fasten the welding pin (3) with the depicted clamp (4).

When replacing the door trim panel: Replace parapet 

• Replace the parapet.

  Parts:  shoulder

• Shorten the welding pin (1) on the new parapet by the dimension (a).

  	Dimension a	3 mm

• Saw off each welding pin (2) on the new parapet along the molding (3).
• Check that the welding pins (2) do not extend beyond the door trim panel.
• Remove the moldings (1) with a suitable tool.

• Guide the parapet (1) into the front door trim panel (2) and position correctly.
• Clip the parapet (1) into the detents (3).

• Fasten the parapet with repair screws (1) and lock washer (3).
• Tighten the repair screws (1).

When replacing the door trim panel: Replacing decorative strip 

• Replace the decorative strip.

  Parts:  Decorative strip.

• Saw off each of the welding pins (arrows) and (1) on the new decorative strip along the molding (2).
• Check that the welding pins (1) do not protrude beyond the door trim panel.

When replacing the door trim panel: Replace the switch cluster trim 

• Saw off the welding pins (1) on the new door trim panel, each along the molding (2).
• Check that the welding pins (1) do not extend beyond the door trim panel.

  Parts:  Switch cluster trim.

• Guide the switch cluster trim (1) into the door trim panel (2) and position it correctly.
• Clip the switch cluster trim (1) into the detent (3).
