Removing the tweeter in the rear side trim panel
NOTE:
Description is for left component only. Procedure on the right side is identical.
Preliminary work
- Refer to REMOVING SEAT-BELT ASSISTANT HAND .
- Refer to REMOVING REAR SEAT BENCH .
- Refer to REMOVING ARMREST SIDE SECTION .
- Refer to REMOVING C-PILLAR TRIM PANEL .
- Refer to REMOVING THE INNER DOOR SILL COVER STRIP .
- Refer to REMOVING REAR SIDE TRIM PANEL .
- Refer to REMOVING THE SOUND INSULATION ON THE SIDE TRIM PANEL .
NOTE:
Schematic diagram is for example purposes. Some parts may differ in certain details.
- If necessary, slide the acoustic fleece slightly to one side.
- Unlock plug connection (1) and disconnect.
- Unclip the resistance (2).
- Unlock the locks (arrowed).
- Remove tweeter (3).
