Feed luggage compartment wheel arch trim panel (2) under the sealing lip of the tailgate seal in the rear area.
Feed the lug of the luggage compartment wheel arch trim panel (2) in at the outer side of the hinge in the lock on trim (1).

Feed in the luggage compartment wheel arch trim panel (2) in the rear area below the sealing lip of the tailgate seal.
Feed in the lug of the luggage compartment wheel arch trim panel (2) on the outer side of the hinge in the lock on the trim (1).

Installing the emergency release handle for the tailgate (additional work for US version)

Attach the Bowden cable (2).
Fasten the emergency release handle (1) for the tailgate to the holder.
