Installing windshield

• Prepare the glue cartridge with the standard nozzle C.
• Apply an adhesive bead within the marks (1)  on the windshield.

• Carefully feed in the windshield with the special tool 0 492 609 (51 3 010)  between the hood and the windshield panel.
• Fit the windshield at top.
• Evenly align the windshield at left and right.
• Fit the windshield at the bottom and press.
• Press the windshield upward until the rubber frame of the windshield evenly makes contact with the roof.
• Secure the windshield in this installation position with the two types of yellow plastic adhesive tape (1)  .
