Installing the connecting bracket on the exhaust turbocharger for cylinders 4 to 6

NOTE: RISK OF DAMAGE
Damage to the surface .
The use of metal-cutting tools (e.g., emery cloths) for cleaning surfaces can damage them and lead to leaks and/or engine damage .

Do not use any metal-cutting tools.

Clean the sealing surface (1) using special tool 0 495 102 (11 4 470) .

Check the sealing ring (1) for damage and replace where required.
Grease sealing ring (1).

Keep all the standard tools ready:

1	Commercially available reversible ratchet (1/4)
2	Extension (1/4)
3	Swiveling extension (1/4)
4	External Torx E8

Guide in and install the connecting bracket (2) for cylinders 4 to 6.
Tighten the screws (1).

TIGHTENING TORQUE SPECIFICATIONS

Connecting brackets on exhaust turbocharger
M6	tightening torque	8 Nm
