Remove front door trim panel
NOTE:

- Protect surfaces from damage.
- Have the set of special tools 0 493 752 (00 9 329)
ready.
- Pull the door opener.
- Mount a suitable special tool in the recess in area (1).
- Unclip the cover of door opener (2) with detents (3).
- Guide out the cover of door opener (2) from the detents and remove it to the front.
- Mount a suitable special tool in the recess in area (1).
- Unclip cover (2) with detents (3) and remove it downwards.
- Loosen screws (1).
- Unclip door trim panel (1) at the marked points using a suitable special tool.
- Release door trim panel (1) with detents (2).
- Lift door trim panel (1) to the top over operating rod (3).NOTE: Schematic diagram is for example purposes. Some parts may differ in certain details.
- Release detent (1) and guide out the Bowden cable for the inner door opener (2).
The Bowden cable for the inner door opener (2) exits the door opener on its own.
- Unlock and disconnect plug connection (3) and remove the door trim panel.
