Installing the tailgate trim panel
- Check if clips (1) are present and check them for damage.
Damaged or missing clips (1) must be replaced.
- Attach the tailgate trim panel (2) and clip it in at the clips (3).
- Mount the expanding rivets (1).
- Install the recessed grip (2) and tighten the screw (1).TIGHTENING TORQUE SPECIFICATIONS
Recessed grip on the tailgate Oval-head screw Tightening torque 1.8 Nm - Install the two holders (2) and tighten the screws (1).TIGHTENING TORQUE SPECIFICATIONS
Holder for the warning triangle on the tailgate Sheet metal screw Tightening torque 1.8 Nm - Install the warning triangle (2) and close the holders (1).
- Close both the holders (1).
