Grease the brake pads, the brake anchor plate and the brake caliper with the brake pad paste (17-inch low brake)
- Clean the contact surfaces (1) of the brake pistons (4 pieces) with brake cleaner.
- Check dust covers (2)
for damage. Replace if necessary.
- Replace the sliding plates (1)
.

- Mount the sliding plates (1) .
- Make sure that the sliding plates (1)
fit correctly in the guides.
- Clean supporting surfaces (1)
for the brake pads on the brake caliper.
If possible, do not clean the supporting surfaces mechanically in order to avoid damaging the surface coating.
- Apply a thin coat of the brake pad paste to the contact surfaces (1) .
