Removing and installing/replacing rear acoustic cover (corrosion protection) (230i and 230i xDrive coupe/convertible)

Necessary preliminary work: 

• Refer to REMOVING CENTER FIREWALL UPPER PART SOUND INSULATION .

Removal: 

Feed out acoustic cover (1) upwards, out of the guides in the marked area.

Installation: 

Position the acoustic cover (1).
