Installing the top air flap control
- The blades of the air flap control (2) must be closed and correctly positioned.
- Carefully thread the frame (1) on to the guide pin (arrowed) of the air flap control (2).
- Make sure the blades of the air flap control (2) are positioned correctly within the frame (1).
- Tighten the screws (1) on the right hand side of the air flap control (2).

- Lock the lock (arrow).
- Tighten the screws (1) on the left hand side of the air flap control (2).

- Lock the lock (2).
- Place the brackets (2) and (3) on the frame (4) of the air flap control.
- Thread in the brackets (1) and (2) on to the guides (3) and position them correctly.
- Carefully rotate the air flap control with the frame (2).
- Tighten the screws (1) on the left of the frame (2) of the air flap control.

- Place the left-hand cover (1) correctly in position and click the detents (2) home.
