Installing the pressure line between the evaporator and air conditioning condenser

• Replace the O-rings of the refrigerant lines (2).

  Parts:  O-rings

• Position refrigerant line (2) correctly.
• Tighten down screws (1).

TIGHTENING TORQUE SPECIFICATIONS

Refrigerant line to air conditioning condenser/connecting piece
M8	tightening torque	19 Nm

• Close the holder (2).
• Tighten down screw (1).

• Connect and lock the connectors (1) on the pressure switch (2).

• Replace O-rings of the pressure line.

  Parts:  O-rings

• Tighten the nut (2) on the pressure line (1).

TIGHTENING TORQUE SPECIFICATIONS

Refrigerant line to expansion valve/connecting piece
M6	tightening torque	13 Nm

• Position the bracket (2) of the pressure line.
• Tighten down screw (1).
