Installing the center silencer

• Replace the center silencer (1).

  Parts:  Center silencer

• With the help of a second person, guide in and install the center silencer (1).

• Replace the screw (1).

  Parts:  Screw

• Tighten the bolt (1) on the rear axle support.
  TIGHTENING TORQUES SPECIFICATION
  
  

  Exhaust system to rear axle carrier
  M8x25 Replace screw.	tightening torque	28 Nm

• Replace the screw (3).

  Parts:  Screw

• Tighten the screw (3) on the rear axle support.
  TIGHTENING TORQUES SPECIFICATION
  
  

  Exhaust system to rear axle carrier
  M8x25 Replace screw.	tightening torque	28 Nm

• Mount the ground strap (2) and tighten the screw (1).
  TIGHTENING TORQUES SPECIFICATION
  
  

  Ground strap on exhaust bracket
  M8x25	tightening torque	28 Nm

• Connect the gasoline particulate filter and front pipe with the gripper clamps (1) respectively with the center silencer.
• Center the gripper clamps (1) and tighten the nuts (2).
  TIGHTENING TORQUES SPECIFICATION
  
  

  Clamp with partial replacement of exhaust system
  Clamp	Tightening torque	45 Nm

• Connect the rear silencer with the gripper clamps (1) with the center silencer.
• Center the gripper clamps (1) and tighten the nuts (2).
  TIGHTENING TORQUES SPECIFICATION
