Installing the 12 V dual storage system
WARNING:
Incorrect screw connection of the positive battery cable

- Ensure that the positive battery cable is screwed with the correct nut.
- Install the 12 V dual storage system (3).
- Position the positive battery cable (2) on the positive battery terminal.
- Tighten nut (1).
TIGHTENING TORQUES SPECIFICATION

Check:
- Check the guide (1) and the snap-in lugs (2) on the positive terminal cover (3) for damage.
Result:
» The guide (1) or snap-in lugs (2) are damaged.
Measure:
- Replace the positive terminal cover (3).
- Connect connectors (5) and lock.
- Install the battery rollover protection bracket (4).
- Tighten nut (3).TIGHTENING TORQUES SPECIFICATION
Retainer 12-V dual storage system Nut M8 Tightening torque 15 Nm - Position the positive terminal cover (2).
- Clip in the detents (1) of the positive terminal cover (2).
