Installing windshield

Prepare the adhesive.

Use standard nozzle C.

Apply adhesive bead inside the marks (1) perpendicular to the windscreen.

Carefully feed in the windshield with the special tool 0 492 609 (51 3 010) between the hood and the windshield panel.
Fit the windshield at top.
Evenly align the windshield at left and right.
Fit the windshield at the bottom and press.
Press the windshield upward until the rubber frame of the windshield evenly makes contact with the roof.
Secure the windshield in this installation position with the yellow plastic adhesive tape (1) .
