Installing the air duct of the bumper cover on the side

Check 

• Check detents (1) for damage.

  Result 

  » Detent is damaged.

  Measure

  • Replace the bumper cover.
• Position the air duct of the bumper cover at side on the front bumper cover and engage at the detents (1).

• Feed brace of bumper cover in arrow direction into bumper cover.
• Engage the brace of the bumper cover on the detents (2) and (3).
• Feed brace of bumper cover in areas (1) into bumper cover.

• Engage the brace of the bumper cover (2) on the detents (3).
• Install the expanding rivet (1).

• Correctly position ultrasonic sensor (4) in bumper cover and lock with snap-in lugs (3).
• Clip in wiring harness with brackets (2).
• Attach the wiring harness in the brackets (1).

  Check 

• Check detents (1) and (2) on guide (3) for bumper cover for damage.

Result 

» Detent is damaged.

Measure

• Replace the guide for the bumper cover.

Parts:  Guide for bumper cover

• Feed in the bumper guide (1) from the bottom and engage at the detents (2).
