Luggage compartment wheel arch trim panel

Preliminary work 

• Refer to REMOVING LUGGAGE COMPARTMENT FLOOR COVERING .
• Refer to REMOVING THE LOADING EDGE TRIM .
• Refer to REMOVING TRUNK COMPARTMENT LIGHT .
• Refer to REMOVING THE UPPER LUGGAGE COMPARTMENT TRIM PANELS .

• Unclip covers (1) of lashing eyes (2).
• Release screws (3) of lashing eyes (2).
• Open expanding rivet (4) of bag hook.

• Loosen the expanding rivet (1).

• Unclip the emergency release (3) and detach the Bowden cable (2).
• Remove the remote backrest unlocking (5) with a suitable tool from the luggage compartment wheel arch trim panel (1).
• Detach the Bowden cable (4).

• Feed out the luggage compartment wheel arch trim panel (1) from the front guides (2) and remove it.
• Feed out the luggage compartment wheel arch trim panel (2) under the sealing lip of the tailgate seal and remove.
