Remounting the 48-volt battery

Removing the battery tray from the 48-V battery 

• Unlock and release coolant line (1)  .
• Loosen screws (2)  .
• Feed out the 48-V battery (3)  from the battery tray (4)  .

Installing the battery tray on the 48-V battery 

• Feed in the 48-V battery (3)  in the battery tray (4)  .
• Check seals of the coolant lines for damage and replace if necessary.
• Connect and lock the coolant lines (1)  .

  The coolant lines (1)  must engage audibly.

• Tighten the screws (2)  .
