Installing the upper seat belt in the rear left or right

NOTE: TECHNICAL INFORMATION 
Clean all belt fittings  with microencapsulated male and female threads.
Shavings or other debris must not remain in the components.
If a microencapsulated screw is reused, it must be coated with the following screw locking agent: Loctite 243, medium strength  .
The screw connection must be completed within 10 minutes as hardening begins after this period.

NOTE: Description is for left component only. Procedure on the right side is identical.

• Guide in and correctly position seatbelt retractor (2).
• Tighten down screw (1).

TIGHTENING TORQUE SPECIFICATIONS

Rear seat belt retractor to body
M10 Replace screw.	Tightening torque	42 Nm

• Tighten the screws (1).

TIGHTENING TORQUE SPECIFICATIONS

Additional connection of rear seat belt retractor to body
M6 screw Replace screw	Tightening torque	4.5 Nm

• Connect connectors (2) and lock.
• Feed the seat belt end fitting (2) into the seat belt finisher strip and position it correctly.
• Tighten down screw (1).

TIGHTENING TORQUE SPECIFICATIONS

End lining to body
M10 Replace screw.	Tightening torque	42 Nm
