Fasten air conditioning compressor
- Check the centering sleeves (1) on the bearing bracket (2) for the air conditioning compressor for damage and availability. Replace the centering sleeves where required.
- Position air conditioning compressor (2) on the support console.
- Tighten down screws (1).TIGHTENING TORQUE SPECIFICATIONS
Air conditioning compressor to holder/engine M8 tightening torque 22 Nm
- Centering sleeves (1) on the bearing bracket (2) for the air conditioning compressor must not be damaged or missing. Replace the centering sleeves where required.
- Mount and position air conditioning compressor (3) correctly.
- Connect connectors (1) and lock.
- Correctly position the holder (2).
- Prepare special tool 0 493 751 (11 9 150)
as shown.
- Tighten the screw (1) with the special tool 0 493 751 (11 9 150) at the back on the air conditioning compressor.
