Detaching the wiring harness of the EPS from the front axle support

NOTE: TECHNICAL INFORMATION 
Different variants may be installed depending on the vehicle equipment.

• Version A: 
• Unlock and disconnect plug connections (1).
• Release wiring harness (2) from the front subframe in the marked areas.
• Release the wiring harness in the area (3) from the retainer.

• Loosen wiring harness (1) in the marked areas (2).
• Set wiring harness (1) aside.

• Version B: 
• Unlock and disconnect the plug connections (1) and (2).
• Release wiring harness from the steering gear in the marked areas (3).

• Release wiring harness (1) from the front subframe in the marked areas (2).
• Place the wiring harness (1) on the side.
