Attaching the left or right output shaft to the rear axle differential
Secure the output shaft on the rear axle differential
- Insert the correct special tool 0 495 857 (33 5 125)
or 2 240 464
in the circumferential slot (1) of the output shaft.

- Drive the output shaft into the rear axle differential with a suitable special tool 0 495 857 (33 5 125)
or 2 240 464
and a rubber mallet.
