Installing the door lock (when replacing door)
- Insert the outside door handle support (1) with the door lock (2) in the door (3).
Make sure that the seal of the door lock (2) is not damaged.
- On equipment specification with soft-close automatic:
- Insert outside door handle support (1) with the door lock (2) and soft-close automatic (3) in the door (4).
Make sure that the seal of the door lock (2) is not damaged.
- Tighten screws (2) and (3) a few turns.
- First tighten the screws (2).

- Then tighten the screw (3).

- Clip in locking rod (1).
- Insert outside door handle support (2) and position correctly.
- Tighten down screw (1).

- On equipment specification with soft-close automatic:
- Insert drive for soft-close motor (3) with the rubber mounts (1) in the door (2).
- Fasten rubber mount (1) on the door (2).
- On equipment specification with soft-close automatic:
- Connect and lock the plug connections (1).
- Clip in wiring harness (3) with the clip (2).
- Connect the connector (1) to the door lock (2) and lock it.
- Insert wiring harness (4) in the guide (5) and clip in the clip (3).
- Clip in wiring harness (2) with the clips (2).
Install the front power window regulator
- The window shaft gage cannot be adjusted.
- Check the threaded bolt (1) on the window regulator (2) for a secure fit and tighten to 9.5 Nm if necessary.
The washers (3) must be firmly in place and correctly aligned with the window regulator (2).
- Feed in the front power electric windows (3) through the door opening.
- Clip the Bowden cable (1) into the clip (2).
- The window shaft gage cannot be adjusted.
- Check the threaded bolt on the window regulator for a secure fit and tighten to 9 Nm if necessary.
- Tighten nuts (2).

- Install the plug (1).
NOTE:
Only install the plug once the side window glass has been adjusted.
Install door lock
- Insert the outside door handle support (1) with the door lock (2) in the door (3).
Make sure that the seal of the door lock (2) is not damaged.
- On equipment specification with soft-close automatic:
- Insert outside door handle support (1) with the door lock (2) and soft-close automatic (3) in the door (4).
Make sure that the seal of the door lock (2) is not damaged.
- Tighten screws (2) and (3) a few turns.

- Insert outside door handle support (2) and position correctly.
- Tighten down screw (1).
- Install the seal (1) for the external door handle.
- Install cover (1).
- Tighten down screw (1).

- Connect and lock the plug connections (1).
- Clip in wiring harness (3) with the clip (2).
- Connect the connector (1) to the door lock (2) and lock it.
- Insert wiring harness (4) in the guide (5) and clip in the clip (3).
- Clip in wiring harness (2) with the clips (1).
- Correctly position power windows (2).
- Tighten nuts (1).
- Install the plug (1).
Install the front power window regulator
- The window shaft gage cannot be adjusted.
- Check for a tight fit of the threaded bolts (1) at the power window (2) and tighten if necessary.
The washers (3) must be firmly in place and correctly aligned with the window regulator (2).
- Feed in the power window regulator (3) through the door aperture.
- Tighten nuts (2).
- Install the plug (1).NOTE: Only install the plug once the side window glass has been adjusted.
