Installing the door sill trim panel 

Check 

• Check clip (1) and detents (2) for damage.

Result 

» Clip (1) is damaged or missing.

Measure

• Replace (1) clip.

  Parts:  clip

Result 

» Detent (2) is damaged.

Measure

• Replace door sill trim panel.

  Parts:  Side sill trim panel

• Position door sill trim panel.
• Clip in door sill trim panel, front with the detents (2) and the clip (1).

• Clip in door sill trim panel (1), rear with the detents (2).

• Secure expanding rivet (1).

• Tighten nuts (2).
  TIGHTENING TORQUES SPECIFICATION
  
  

  Door sill trim panel on body
  Plastic nut for coarse thread	Tightening torque	3 Nm

• Tighten the screws (1).

Hexagon screw for thermoplastic	Tightening torque	3 Nm
