Installing the engine on the assembly jig

- Position the assembly jig 0 495 187 (00 2 300)
with the special tool 0 495 196 (00 2 320)
.
- Tighten the screws (arrows).

- Screw special tool 0 496 926 (11 9 030) together with special tool 0 495 196 (00 2 320) .

- Prepare special tool 2 288 357 together with the special tool 0 496 926 (11 9 030) .
- Lift the engine with workshop crane onto the assembly stand.
- Screw special tool 0 496 926 (11 9 030) and special tool 2 288 357 together with the engine.

- Position the engine with a workshop crane (1) and the special tool 0 490 567 (11 0 020)
on the special tool 2 413 082
.
- Make sure that the engine is correctly engaged using the special tool 2 411 718 on the special tool 2 413 082 .
- Tighten the nuts (1) of the special tool 2 413 082 , until the clamping jaws fit completely on the special tool 2 411 718 .
