Releasing the electric auxiliary coolant pump for the charge air cooler and/or air conditioning condenser

Non-visible damage to the coolant pump.
Forcibly removing, installing or dropping the coolant pump down will damage it.
Non-visible damage to the coolant pump.
Forcibly removing, installing or dropping the coolant pump down will damage it.
- Remove and install the coolant pump without damaging it and without applying external force.
- Avoid impacts/knocks to the coolant pump (e.g. by tools, falling down, hard contact with base).
- Replace coolant pump after being dropped or hard impacts/knocks.
- Loosen nut (1).
- Thread out holder (2) and set aside.
- Feed out the electrical auxiliary coolant pump (3) and suspend it to one side.
