Remove the B-pillar trim panel upwards

NOTE: Description is for left component only. Procedure on the right side is identical.

Remove the center B-pillar trim panel

Disengage the center B-pillar trim panel (1) from the clamps (2) toward the inside and remove it.

Adjust the front seat completely to the front and top.
Loosen screw (1).
Remove end lining.

Unclip upper B-pillar trim panel (1) at the clips (2).
Feed out upper B-pillar trim panel (1) from the guides (3) downwards.
Feed out upper B-pillar trim panel (1) at the respective edge protection at front and rear.
Feed upper seat belt out of upper B-pillar trim panel (1).
Remove the upper B-pillar trim panel (1).
