Installing rear door trim panel
- Check the clips (1) for completeness and damage and replace if necessary.
- Check the clamps (1) and (2) for completeness and damage and replace if necessary.
- Connect connectors and lock.
- Insert the wiring harness (1) into the rear door trim panel.
- Hook the Bowden cable (1) in the door lock (3) and the guide (2).
- Lift the rear door trim over the actuating rod.
- Clip the rear door trim panel into the clamps (3) and (2).
- Clip the rear door trim panel (1) into the clips.
- Tighten down screws (1) and (2).TIGHTENING TORQUES SPECIFICATION
Rear door trim panel to door Oval-head screw for thermoplastic tightening torque 3.6 Nm - Check the detents (2) on the insert mat (1) for damage and replace if applicable.
- Clip in the insert mat (1) with the detents (2).
Check
NOTE:

- Check the snap-in lugs (1) for damage.
Result
Snap-in lug is damaged.
Measure
- Replace the trim.
- Pull the door opener and install the trim panel (1).
For version with roller sunblind

- Install the pushrod (1) in arrow direction.
- locked in place

- Check the detent of pushrod (1), replace lifting equipment if necessary.
- Pull the roller sunblind (1) out.
- Set the guide bracket (2) on the pushrod (3) and let it snap-in audibly.
- Fold up trim (1) on roller sunblind.
- Tighten down screw (3).TIGHTENING TORQUES SPECIFICATION
Roller sunblind to door Screw tightening torque 2.3 Nm - Install the cover (2).
