• Mark and make the separating cuts on the new part in accordance with the separating cuts on the vehicle.
  NOTE: TECHNICAL INFORMATION 
  For additional information see: 41 00... Reinforcement plate with stud bolt (glued or welded)
• Prepare the reinforcement plates at separating cuts for the welded connection and the adhesive connection.
• Adapt reinforcement plate (1) and the new part to the separating cut (2) on the C-pillar.
• Prepare separating cut (1) and reinforcement plate (2) for joining by welding.

• Prepare separating cut (1) and reinforcement plate (2) for bonding.

• In the areas (1) and (2), set bores with dia. 4.2 mm for blind rivets.

• Prepare areas (1) to (3) for joining with bonded rivet method (punch riveting).

• Prepare the area (1) for bonded riveting (with punch rivets).

• Prepare areas (1) for welding.
• Prepare areas (2) for bonded riveting (with punch rivets).
• Prepare the area (3) for bonding (by beading).
• Remove new part and deburr holes.
