- Only shift trunk lid slowly hand force.

Adhesive technology in the area of the outer skin (not for structural adhesion):
The bonding surfaces of the new parts may not sharpened or ground.

NOTE:
Perform the steps on the left and right side.
- Mark the separating cut (1) on the new part according to the separating cut (2) on the vehicle + approx. 15-20 mm material allowance and cut.
(2) = Separating cut on the vehicle
- Adjust tail cowling in combination with trunk lid and rear lamps and secure.
- In areas (1) to (3) drill out 20 bores of dia. 4.2 mm for blind rivet.
In area (3), be aware of the later installation of the bumper bracket (4).
Area Number 1 2 2 2 3 18 - In areas (5), prepare for joining using the bonded rivet method (with punch rivets).
- Remove new part and deburr holes.
