- Install and secure the new parts of the B-pillar with an alignment bracket or a universal fixture.
- Weld the new parts in the areas (1).

Sealant D1 (seam sealing) 310ml 83422409985 - Apply the sealant D1 to the cavity sealing (1).
- Install the new B-pillar outer skin and reinforcement plates and weld in the areas (2) and (3) as per the new part preparation process.
