Remove adhesive residue on the vehicle joining areas.
Release welded connections in areas (1).

Release the welded connections in areas (1) and remove the bulkhead (2).

Release the welded connections (1) and remove the crash reinforcement (2).

Detach the welded connections (1).

Make a separating cut on the outer side sill area in accordance with separating cut on the vehicle.

Adjust the new part using an alignment bracket or a universal fixture and secure it.
Prepare areas (1) and (2) for joining by welding.

Follow the procedure for replacing standard production spot-welded adhesive joints in the areas (2).
Prepare the areas (3) so the repair spot-welds can be set on the production spot-welds.
Mind the bonded connections (4) located on the other side.
