Remove Outer Wheel Arch Section With Reinforcement

Remove the cavity sealing (1).

Release welded connections in areas (1).

Open spot-welded adhesive joints in areas (2).
Release bonded connection in area (3).
Detach B-pillar reinforcement from radiator tank (4) and remove.

Remove radiator tank (1).

Mark and carry out the separating cut (1) as per dimension a.
Dimension a = 20 mm.
Open welded connections in area (2).

Continue separating cut (1) as per dimension a.
Dimension a = 20 mm.
Release welded connections in the area (2) and remove the outer wheel arch section.
