Installing The Outer Wheel Arch Section With The Reinforcement

NOTE: TECHNICAL INFORMATION
Use only approved spot welder for repair.

Install the new outer wheel arch section part in areas (1) and (2) and weld it according to the new part preparation process.
Avoid applying too much heat to the adjacent adhesive area (3).

Weld the new part in the areas (1) to (3).
In this process, avoid excessively high heat input in the adjacent adhesive area (arrows).

Install new part and weld in the areas (1) and (2).

Apply sealant D1 to the new cavity sealings (1). Fit cavity sealings (1).
