Installing The Rear Luggage Compartment Floor

Precondition 

Bonding surfaces are cleaned.

• Apply adhesive K5 to the bonding surfaces.

• Install new part.

• Set blind rivets N3 in area (1).
  CONSUMABLE SPECIFICATION
  
  

  Blind rivet N3  Ø 4 mm; clamping area 1-3 mm

  • Installing the EMC screw 
• Drill a hole with a diameter of 4.2 mm.

  In the case of glued connections, only drill the hole after the adhesive has fully hardened.

• Screw in the EMC screw.

• Seal the EMC screw with the sealant.

  NOTE: Perform the steps on the left and right side.
• Set blind rivets in area (1).
• Once the adhesive has hardened, install 1 x EMC screw in the area marked (2).
