Installing the front brake disc chamber (high brake)

• If an arrow 1 is stamped on the brake disk, it must point in the driving direction!

  In this case, the left and right brake disks are different!

• Clean contact surface of wheel hub thoroughly and remove any traces of rust if necessary.

  Unevenness of the contact surface could cause distortion of the brake disk!

• Mount brake disc (2).
• Position and tighten the screw (1).
• Replace the screw (1).

  TIGHTENING TORQUES SPECIFICATION
  
  

  Brake disc to front wheel hub
  M8 Replace screw.	Tightening torque	16 Nm

• Mount the brake caliper in the arrow direction.
• Insert screws (1) and tighten.
• Replace screws (1).

  TIGHTENING TORQUES SPECIFICATION
  
  

  Brake caliper/brake anchor plate at front swivel bearing
  M12 Replace screw.	Tightening torque	130 Nm

• Refer to ADHESION OF BRAKE PADS TO BRAKE PISTONS .
