Before installing the cowl cover, it is imperative to check the correct routing and firm fit of the 48V line.
An incorrectly laid or attached 48V line can be damaged by the wiper kinematics.

Preliminary work
- Refer to REMOVING THE COVER OF THE ENGINE COMPARTMENT AT THE REAR LEFT .
- Refer to REMOVING THE COVER OF THE REAR RIGHT ENGINE COMPARTMENT .
- Refer to REMOVING LEFT AND RIGHT WIPER ARM .
NOTE:
Perform the steps on the right and left side.
- Release detent (1) at the cowl cover (2).
- Release windshield panel cover (1) from the detents (2).
- Beginning from the side, pull up windshield panel cover (1) out of the detent (2).
