Remove front cross connection
Preliminary work
- Refer to REMOVING THE CENTER ENGINE COMPARTMENT COVER .
- Refer to REMOVING BOTH FRONT-END STRUTS .
- Refer to REMOVING UPPER CROSS CONNECTION .
- Loosen the expanding rivet (1).
- Loosen screws (2).
- Feed out the front cross connection (3) toward the top.
