- Clean bonding surfaces of the cavity sealing (1) with cleaning agent R1.CONSUMABLE SPECIFICATION

Sealant D1 (seam sealing) 310ml 83422409985 - Install cavity sealing (1) in the new part.
- Immediately before installation of the side panel, apply sealant D1 on the cavity sealing (1) (bonding surface to body).
- Install the new part using an alignment bracket or a universal fixture and secure it.
- Weld the new part in areas (1) according to the new part preparation process.
