Remounting the LED fan

NOTE: Description is for left component only. Procedure on the right side is identical.

Removing the LED fan

Loosen screws (1).
Remove protective cap (2).

Feed out the LED fan (1) in an upwards direction.
Unlock and disconnect connector (2).

Installing LED fan
Feed in the guide from the LED fan (1) into the intake (2).

Attach and lock the connector (2) from the LED fan (1).
Ensure correct cable routing in the headlight (3).

Check the seal (1) of the cover (2) for damage and replace if necessary.

Position the cover flap (2) on the headlight.

Tighten down screws (1).

TIGHTENING TORQUES SPECIFICATION

Cover cap to headlight
Screw	tightening torque	1.5 Nm
