Remove the module bracket from the front door

• Secure the side window glass to the door frame when it is closed using adhesive tape as illustrated.
• Spread both holders simultaneously (1) on the side window glass using special tool 0 496 569 (00 9 325) until it is possible to detach the side window glass.
• Shift power windows down by approximately 10 cm.

Disconnecting all battery ground leads 

• See DISCONNECTING ALL BATTERY GROUND LEADS .

• Loosen screws (3).

• Detach wiring harness (1) and disconnect plug connections.
• Loosen snap fasteners (2) and remove the module bracket completely with the power window.
