- Clean the thread (1)
with the brake cleaner.CONSUMABLE DESCRIPTION
Brake cleaner 2.0 500 ml, Spray can 83192365214 20, Canister 83192365215 - Replace the screw plug (1)
and the sealing ring (2)

- Wet the screw plug (1)
in area (A)
with the screw locking agent.ADHESIVE DESCRIPTION
Screw lock Loctite Stick 243, medium strength 10 ml, Bottle 83192210339 - Position the sealing ring (2)
correctly.
- Insert and install the screw plugs (1) .
- Tighten the screw plug (1)
with a snug torque.TIGHTENING TORQUE SPECIFICATIONS
Screw plugs on cylinder head M28X1.5
Replace the screw plugs.
Wet the screw plugs with Loctite. (Loctite 243)Tightening torque 25 Nm - Remove the excess screw locking agent (1)

- Attach the mark (1) to the screw plug (2) .
- Attach the mark (3)
to the cylinder head (4)
.
- Tighten oil drain plug (1)
.TIGHTENING TORQUE SPECIFICATIONS
Screw plug on cylinder head M28X1.5 Angle of rotation 60° - The marks (1) and (2) must align.
