Installing the vibration damper
- Coat sealing surface on the vibration damper (1 ) with clean engine oil.
- Position vibration damper (1 ).
- Replace the bolts (arrows).

).TIGHTENING TORQUE SPECIFICATIONS
Vibration damper with belt pulley to crankshaft M10 Replace screws. 1. Joining torque 40 Nm 2. Angle of rotation 120° - Clip the cover (1
) in at the vibration damper.
- Loosen screw (2 ).
- Push the counter support with the screw (2 ) down opposite the arrow direction until the teeth (3 ) no longer mesh with the gearing of the flywheel (4 ).
- Unscrew the screw (1) and remove the special tool 0 496 595 (11 6 130)
