Installing coolant feed line for turbocharger
- Check the O-ring (1) for damage and replace if necessary.
- Coat the O-ring (1)
with coolant.CONSUMABLE DESCRIPTION
Technically suitable antifreeze and anticorrosion agents - Protect the air duct of the alternator (3) against contamination using a lint-free rag.
- Position the coolant feed line (2) at the Y-connector.
- Tighten down screw (1)
.TIGHTENING TORQUE SPECIFICATIONS
Coolant line from turbocharger to bracket M6x30 tightening torque 8 Nm - Clip in the coolant feed line in area (1)
on the bracket.
- Connect and lock the coolant line (1)
.
The retaining clip must engage audibly.
